MANAGERIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
Worked 20 years in 4* to 5* luxury and Boutique resorts, both openings and managing the properties including:
Rooms Division: standards required for smooth operation in Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Spa.
F & B: Starting with organization and floor plans to provide perfect operational base for all outlets. Menu planning, beverage planning.
Multi-unit operations as Director of Operations and Area General Manager.
Openings Planning: Branding, resort openings, SOPs, budgeting, reporting system, PMS system implementation, cost control, GOP and profitability, inventories.
Finance: Developing budgets and reporting systems to ensure easy and timely follow-up.
Marketing: Social media, agent contracts, OTA, trade shows.
HR: Recruitment and training international staff, developing JDs and tools for employee recognition programs and career building programs.
