Latest Projects
One of the best beach resorts in Myanmar, built around a flush garden using traditional Burmese themes, both outdoors and indoors.
We achieved an incredible average occupancy of 96% during all three years!
An upper-class resort and 5 star pool villas in Rawai, Phuket. .
A luxury resort with 185 rooms and villas on Koh Lanta. Several outlets
and activities. Several awards including “Best Luxury Family Hotel 2010, 2011, 2012” by World Luxury Hotel Awards.
This recently opened, first Luxury Resort in Vang Vieng, Lao P.D.R. is already ranked #1 in the area by Trip Advisor.
During the time at Centara, working as Resort Manager and later as Area GM for two beautiful properties; Away Koh Kood and X2 Rayong, we managed to achieve an incredible ratio F&B / Room revenues - 140%!
At the same time almost doubled other revenues and 10% gain on GOP!
Tripadvisor ranking went up from #5 to #2.
Aava Resort & Spa is a new design resort in Khanom, one of Thailand's last pristine tourist locations.
The opening of this resort was not easy, but eventually it worked! Today Aava is the major player in the area.
