Amazing Hotels & Resorts is a local operator with 14 properties at the moment in Myanmar.

After opening the Ananta Inle (and at the same time overseeing all three properties at Inle/ Nyaung Shwe area), I was transferred to our flagship in Ngapali, Amazing Ngapali Resort, a 4.5 stars beachfront resort.

Achievements: implementing a lot of “western” culture in the properties and gained better GOP than before (over 65%).

The high-season 2016-2017 the AVERAGE occupancy 96%!

Responsible for developing policies and SOPs for the entire group.
